Team QUESt programs from a philosophy called Experiential Education. Simply put, this means we believe the most effective program we can offer is one where the participants are actively engaged in their learning/team development experience. Therefore, we set up active, hands on experiences for enhancing group development (see Programs). Facilitators guide groups through the experiential learning process by leading initiatives or activities and then processing or debriefing with the group to discover learning outcomes available for group improvement. The goal is to transfer knowledge or skills gained from the Team QUESt experience to the group's typical organization or team setting.
